Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to know exactly what happens if you change your mind, experience a problem with software, or are unhappy with a service supplied by PC Help 50+.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to consumer purchases made from PC Help 50+, the trading name of Euronet Support Ltd, including digital software and remote computer support services purchased through pchelp50plus.com.

This policy should be read together with our
Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Your 14-day cancellation period

When you enter into an eligible consumer contract with us online, you will generally have 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to change your mind, subject to the rules and exceptions applying to digital content and services.

You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling during an applicable cancellation period.

3. Digital software

Our Microsoft software and other software products are supplied digitally rather than as physical boxed products.

If you ask us to supply, activate or otherwise provide access to digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.

Important: Once supply of digital content has begun following the required express consent and acknowledgement, you may no longer have a right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind.

If the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation has not been obtained or provided as required by applicable law, your cancellation rights may continue.

Losing a change-of-mind cancellation right does not remove your statutory rights if the software is faulty, does not match its description, or does not work as it should.

4. Remote computer help and other services

For remote computer support and other services, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the date the service contract is concluded.

If you ask PC Help 50+ to begin providing the service during that cancellation period, we may ask for your express request to begin early.

If you then cancel before the service has been completed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided where the applicable legal requirements have been met.

Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, the right to cancel may end where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the relevant consequence beforehand, as required by applicable law.

5. If software is faulty or does not work

Your statutory rights are separate from the right to change your mind.

Please contact us if:

  • software does not activate correctly;
  • software does not work as described;
  • you receive a product that is materially different from what you ordered;
  • digital content is defective; or
  • there is another problem for which you have a statutory remedy.

We will investigate the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting the problem, providing a replacement, reducing the price or providing a refund.

6. Problems with a PC Help 50+ service

If a service has not been provided as agreed, please contact us and tell us what happened.

We will first try to resolve the problem. Where the service cannot reasonably be corrected, or where applicable consumer law provides another remedy, this may include an appropriate price reduction or refund.

7. How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel an eligible order or ask us to review a refund, contact PC Help 50+ using:

Please include your name, order number if available, the product or service you purchased, and a brief explanation of your request.

You can also use the optional cancellation form contained in our
Terms and Conditions.

8. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.

Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal and a refund is due, we will make the reimbursement within the period required by applicable law.

Your bank, card provider or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after we have processed it.

9. Sale and promotional prices

Buying a product at a sale or promotional price does not remove any statutory consumer rights that apply to the purchase.

The fact that an item was discounted is not, by itself, a reason to refuse a remedy where one is legally due.

10. No physical returns

PC Help 50+ primarily supplies digital software and remote computer services. There is therefore normally no physical product to post back to us.

Please do not send anything to our registered address unless we have specifically asked you to do so.
