Legal basis for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our processing of personal information may be based on one or more legal grounds, including:

Payments are made through Stripe. Stripe processes payment and customer details under its own privacy policy. We use the order information needed to provide your purchase and customer support.

Before payment, our website records your selected product, the agreement wording and version, the action you take to agree, and the submission date and time. A reference connects this record to the Stripe checkout. Forminator may also record the IP address used for the submission.

When you complete a contact or support form, we use the information you provide to understand your request, respond to you and, where appropriate, provide computer support or other services.

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, the type of problem you are experiencing and the description you provide.

07

Who may receive your information?

We do not disclose personal information unnecessarily. We may use trusted service providers where they are needed to operate our website, communicate with customers, process payments, provide hosting, fulfil services or meet legal requirements.

Our website uses HubSpot for its chat widget and visitor tools, Forminator for forms, and Stripe for payments. These providers may process information associated with those services. Where providers process information on our behalf, we take appropriate steps to protect it under applicable data protection requirements.

08

How long do we keep information?

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing support, maintaining transaction and accounting records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations.

Different types of information may therefore have different retention periods.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files saved by your browser when you visit a website. Similar browser storage can also remember settings or help a service work.

Why cookies are used

Necessary cookies: help keep the website secure, support requested features and remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent when they are strictly necessary for the service you request.

Optional cookies: can recognise returning visitors, measure website use or support additional features. Where consent is required, you can choose whether to allow them. Browsing the website does not by itself mean you agree.

HubSpot chat and visitor tools

This website uses HubSpot for chat and visitor tools. Depending on your choices and the features you use, HubSpot may store your cookie preferences, remember a chat conversation or record website visits. Chat messages and details you send through chat are processed so we can respond.

Some cookies end when you close your browser. Others remain for a set period. HubSpot documents cookie-choice and visitor cookies lasting up to six months, session cookies lasting 30 minutes or until the browser closes, and a chat welcome-message cookie lasting one day. The cookies placed depend on the website settings and your choices. See HubSpot’s cookie information for names, purposes and durations.

Your cookie choices

Use Accept or Decline on our cookie banner. To review your choice or withdraw consent for optional HubSpot cookies, use the button below and choose Decline. Your cookie choice is separate from agreeing to a purchase.

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect features. If the cookie settings button does not open, contact us for help.

Stripe payment pages

When you continue to payment, you leave this website and open Stripe. Stripe manages cookies on its payment pages under its own privacy policy. Our cookie settings button controls HubSpot cookies on this website; it does not control cookies on Stripe or other websites.

10

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of personal information in certain circumstances
  • Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • Object to certain processing
  • Request data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe your personal information has been processed unlawfully.

11

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
