Many time they have no clue how to express that in words so the best option is visual. In this step the agent makes notes to understand the issues better and will move to step five. In this step the agent does a deep scan in the system and files of the client without entering any private folders. As a client you can follow every step of the process. This sixth step is a so called health check on the system and the report will show which issues are there to be solved.
